Bishop Fulton received the gift of the Holy Ghost in August, 1969 under the ministry of Bishop Norman Brown, Pastor of Sandridge Holiness Church in Kingstree, S.C. He received the water baptism in Jesus name in 1971, and became a member of the Nesmith Way of the Cross Church under the leadership of Elder James Shaw. He served faithfully under three pastors, namely, Elder James Shaw, Elder Richard Ford, and Bishop Joe T. Gamble, until he was called and ordained to pastor.
In 1982, Bishop Fulton was lead of the Lord to begin a ministry in Kingstree. South Carolina. As the Lord led him, land was purchased, a House of God was built, and my many souls were added to the church such as should be saved. Bishop Fulton believes in the great commission that is recorded in, St. Matthew 28, Mark 16, and Luke 24. He believes that every born again believer has the responsibility of winning souls for Christ. He also believes that it is the duty of the church to train and equip Ministers, Deacons, and Missionaries for this great task. Therefore, it is his goal, to train and equip future leaders of the church, so that they can be effective in their ministries. Through The Evangelistic Temple Ministry, several Ministers have been raised up and sent out to do a work for the Lord. God is continuing to bless the church; it is Bishop’s desire to see churches planted in every state in this country. Churches that have been birthed out of Bishop Fulton’s leadership are:
Cornerstone Way of the Cross, Charlotte, North Carolina
Emmanuel Temple Way of the Cross, Lake City, South Carolina
