As the Lord led him, land was purchased, a House of God was built, and my many souls were added to the church such as should be saved. Bishop Fulton believes in the great commission that is recorded in, St. Matthew 28, Mark 16, and Luke 24. He believes that every born again believer has the responsibility of winning souls for Christ. He also believes that it is the duty of the church to train and equip Ministers, Deacons, and Missionaries for this great task. Therefore, it is his goal, to train and equip future leaders of the church, so that they can be effective in their ministries. Through The Evangelistic Temple Ministry, several Ministers have been raised up and sent out to do a work for the Lord.
